Machine Operators – Second & Third Shifts

Motion Dynamics Corporation is a growing and entrepreneurial-driven manufacturer of precision wire components, springs, and wire assemblies. Located in Fruitport, MI, we seek high-performing Machine Operators for our second and third-shift teams.

Motion Dynamics Corporation manufactures to the highest standards in a new world-class facility, from quick prototypes to large quantity production for the Medical, Electronics, Automotive, Aerospace, and Military Industries.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Read and understand blueprints
  • Follow detailed work instructions
  • High Level of Mechanical Aptitude
  • Use proper measuring techniques and equipment to inspect and measure parts 
  • Use nippers, trim board, gage pins, automatic and manual fixtures
  • Use calipers and micrometers
  • Use a vision system or microscope
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Excellent Work Record
  • Dependability
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Attendance
  •  

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States 

Physical Requirements

  • Must be physically able to sit, stand, use hands and fingers, handle objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 5 pounds regularly, frequently lift, and/or move up to 10 pounds.
