What We Offer

What You’ll Do
- Operate precision equipment to form micro-scale wire components
- Follow detailed blueprints and process documentation
- Use vision systems, micrometers, and microscopes to ensure accuracy
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency
- Contribute to products used in: – Life-saving medical devices – Advanced aerospace systems – Critical defense and military applications
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to read and follow technical documentation
- Dependable, with a consistent work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prior manufacturing experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Fine motor skills for working with small components
- Lift/move up to 5 lbs regularly, up to 10 lbs occasionally
